carry a Lifetime Warranty against defects in material or
workmanship, and Flex 360® Shear Systems will replace
shear parts including washers and pivot screws damaged
or worn under normal use for the life of the shear. Additionally,
all Flex 360® shears carry a One Year Edge Warranty
against dullness, nicks and/or accidental damage to
the blades.
Roth
Shear Service Center is the sole authorized representative
of Flex 360® Shear Systems for servicing and sharpening,
and is actually owned by the same persons who developed
the Flex 360® design. Roth Shear Service Center provides
the best quality for all of your shear service and sharpening
needs, and you will feel confident in knowing that you
are sending your shears to the master craftsmen who designed
and tooled the Flex 360® system. Note that all warranty
service of Flex 360® shears must be performed
by Roth Shear Service Center, and service obtained
elsewhere will
invalidate the warranty. Also, shears that obviously
have been abused or have been serviced by any other
company
are not covered under this warranty.
In
addition, Roth Shear Service Center provides its own
Total 360 Service© for Flex 360® shears and any
other brands. For Flex 360® shears that have been
owned for more than the one-year edge warranty and for
other brands, Roth Shear Service Center can provide quality
service and sharpening. Total 360 Service© includes:
inspection, cleaning, hand-honing, balancing, tension
adjustment, special cosmetic polishing and regular
UPS Ground return
(with insurance).
